HSP Retreats to Watch Out For in 2025

+ three time-sensitive resources you need to know about.

Hello there!

Welcome to the midweek edition of HSP Tools Today. It's been a while since I've sent a newsletter, and I blame it solely on my shaky start to February.

But I'm back on track, and today, we look at some upcoming HSP retreats you might want to register for.

I'll also mention three time-sensitive resources that might interest you. Let me know which one you like best.

Shall we get started?

First, the Time-Sensitive Resources

  • Do you live in or close to Melbourne, Australia or know someone who does? Eva Deligiannis - a coach and psychotherapist for Highly Sensitive People, is running a support group for HSPs starting Saturday, March 15. Learn more here.

  • Would you like to explore your creativity in a supportive space with fellow HSPs and guidance from an HSP-trained coach? Lauren Hunter of HSPJourney.Com invites you to The Artist’s Way Group for Highly Sensitive Persons -- a 12-week program starting Friday, February 21. Learn more here.

  • Are you a Highly Sensitive professional wondering how to acquire, nurture, and monetize your audience in the age of AI? beehiiv is hosting its first-ever Creator Growth Summit on February 26, 2025. If you're stunned at how fast beehiiv is growing as a newsletter platform, you might find the answers at this free three-hour event. Learn more here.

Second, the HSP Retreats

When was the last time you treated yourself to a retreat?

Or, more specifically, when was the last time you attended a retreat carefully designed for Highly Sensitive People?

Below, please find six upcoming HSP retreats in 2025.

2 Retreats by Melissa Noel Renzi

Melissa Noel Renzi is a licensed social worker, certified yoga teacher, ecotherapy guide, HSP retreat organizer and community builder.

She is hosting three retreats for HSPs and introverts this year, but the first one has already happened, so let's talk about the next two.

  • July 13 - 18, 2025: California Redwoods Retreat for Sensitive Women and Gender Minorities. Each day offers a mix of yoga, ecotherapy practices, and engaging discussions to nurture resilience and inspire sustainable ways to impact the world.

  • September 24 - 29, 2025: North Carolina HSP & Introvert Retreat - Connect with kindred spirits in a 6-day / 5-night immersive nature retreat crafted to facilitate belonging and meaningful connection.

2 Retreats by Jacquelyn Strickland

Jacquelyn Strickland is a former psychotherapist who now works as a coach and mentor for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) through one-on-one sessions, online workshops and retreats.

Two of her iconic HSP Gathering Retreats are scheduled for June 2 and August 29, 2025.

  • June 6 - 11, 2025: The 40th HSP Gathering Retreat. Hosted by Jacquelyn Strickland at Walker Creek Ranch in Petaluma, California, this event will feature a special in-person appearance by Dr. Elaine N. Aron. The 2025 HSP Gathering Retreats theme is: “Coming Home to Ourselves, Reclaiming Our Wholeness, Again and Again and Again.”

  • August 29 - September 2, 2025: The 41st HSP Gathering Retreat. With Dr. Elaine Aron joining the event via Zoom, this edition will be held at Boyds Mills Retreat Center in Milanville, Pennsylvania. Registration is ongoing.

2 HSP retreats by Jules De Vitto

Jules De Vitto is a Transpersonal Coach and Trainer for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs). She is also the founder of the Highly Sensitive Human Academy – an online platform offering professional training and courses for HSPs.

As part of her resources and support for HSPs, Jules holds space via a yearly retreat in partnership with Dr. Genevieve von Lob.

  • June 12 - 15, 2025: The Highly Sensitive Person Retreat (UK). Held at the beautiful estate of Selgars Mill, Devon, this HSP retreat balances workshops, embodied activities such as yoga, dance and meditation, time for connection through sharing circles and fireside songs and sound healing.

  • Sunday, March 16, 2025: A Mindful Walk & Connection Circle. This is a 4-hour walk, but it's coming up soon, and it features a grounding exercise, a soulful walk through nature and a sharing circle. So, let's call it a day retreat in Hampstead Heath, London, UK.

Did I leave out a retreat or similar event you would have liked to see in this newsletter?

Reply to let me know so I may add it to the Saturday edition.

With love and kindness, Selipha
