Meet Katrina Lazzaro - HSP Blogging & Business Coach
Katrina Lazzaro is an occupational therapist, neurological rehab specialist, copywriter, web designer, multiple-time blogger, entrepreneur, and a sensitive and neurodivergent person.
She provides support, empathy, and practical tools to support her community of ambitious, courageous, and often Highly Sensitive women.
Katrina helps fellow HSPs work with their sensitivities and strengths – rather than against them – to become more grounded, calm, authentic, creative, and successful on their terms.
Her website, xokatrina.com, features discussions, resources, and articles revolving around these topics:
supporting your nervous system,
healing from burnout,
honouring your sensitivity,
working smarter, not harder,
reaching your goals without hustling,
balancing productivity with rest, and
starting and growing a successful online business with blogging at its core.
